I noticed how the Copenhagen City Council had placed a rest stand for people bicycling in town. I love when it's not all talk about how city life is much greater if everybody bikes. They actually try to improve the conditions too. Great job. Don't know if it gets more people to bike. But it certainly proves that they are serious about getting the Copenhageners to use their bikes rather than cars.
The text on the foot rest in Danish is something along the lines of "Hi biker! Rest your foot here... And thanks for using your bike in town!"
